I was asked to create a campaign promoting EDF energy’s internal benefits scheme.
The concept, a personal scrapbook approach was decided upon, the idea being benefits hand picked by you. Personal lifestyle images and Polaroids give a visual cue to the content of that section and how these company benefits can help in your everyday life.
An important part of this campaign was to create a feeling of involvement and use real life examples of how the benefits available can help. We decided upon a competition requesting stories on how the benefits have helped employees. This resulted in improvements to the scheme and genuinely heart warming quotes to be used as part of the follow up campaign.
The campaign ran across a variety of media, including reminder cards, bookmarks, brochures. Interactive brochures and an email campaign targeted the online population. All this was focused around driving employees towards a bespoke branded benefits platform.
